We work with welcoming employers that have made respect in the workplace a core value and have made a commitment to hiring LGBTQ+ talent. Each day, opportunities for queer youth grow as more companies join the Q+ Equality Foundation’s mission.
Supporting Q+ Equality Foundation through any of our programs sends a message to LGBTQ+ job seekers and employees that the organization values them and is working to create career opportunities to help the Q+ workforce of tomorrow be their best selves.

Many small and medium sized businesses do not have the money, resources or knowhow to make their workplace authentically inclusive to LGBTQ+ people. Working with our network of partners, we help SMBs achieve this at a fraction of the cost.

Working with Colleges & Universities
CAMPUS INITIATIVES
We partner with Career Centers, Offices of Student Engagement and various student-led organizations at over 850 campuses across the country to spread the word that we are here to help. Through these channels, we are able to make referrals to existing businesses that support our mission and have open job opportunities. Additionally, we partner with Alumni associations to foster the same connections for graduates.
